how to setting my simulation boundary conditions

First, thanks for your attention. I am a graduate major in Automotive ergomiscs and now learn how to use OpenSim4.1.My project is to research some relationship between driver's static driving posture and biomechanical analysis. And now, i have "ik.mot"file ,gait 2354 model, external force"s xml file ,actuator xml file and setting contact force, contact geometry. But the result is so different between OpenSim and Anybody, it's too much big in some muscles like rect_fem(150N). So how can i do to get normal result .
i hope some one will help me to resolve this. And thank you a lot :D :D
