ExternalForce command in MatLab to specify external force as a function of time, on lifting LFB model

I am new to OpenSim and I am trying to use MATLAB API to simulate an active force component(A two-column CSV file, the first column is time stamps and the second column is corresponding force(unidirectional) values) using the " ExternalForce " command but, I am having issues with correct syntax (specifically how to use Storage key word) Can anyone help me with syntax in MatLab please?
