Elastic foundation

Hello,

I have some questions about the elastic foundation issue.

- I know the formulation of the elastic foundation force. But in Opensim, I become a bit confused. I want to know that where is the references of contact forces? I mean how we can define the references of the contact forces? for example, how can I change the reference to the tibia?

-Also, is it true to obtain inertia moment and forces acting on the tibia, by using static optimization or forward dynamic? if not how I can?
Is someone help me and give me some suggestion?
