How to mirror muscles from left to right side?

Working in Opensim 4.3

I'm trying to mirror muscles from the left side to the right side of a leg, but can't figure out how to do this. Can this be done in osim XML? I haven't use the matlab API so have no experience in using that yet but if this is the only way to mirror muscles, can someone please let me know how to accomplish that? Thanks so much in advance!
