How to Get 3D Joint Angles?

I am using OpenSim reverse kinematics to convert marker data and find joint angles, and I want to get the joint angle in x, y, and z axis(the angle of the vector projections on xy, yz, and xz plane) to compare them with the one I got from Vicon. Are there anyways that I can plot the joint angles in 3d?
