Mirror in plotting

Post by Mehran Razzaghi » Sun Jul 10, 2022 1:42 am

Hi there,
I plotted the result of ID in my model and tried to compare it with the Rajagopal model, but in some sections of the graph became reverse.
I used rectify in the setting but it didn't work. How can I mirror it and overlap them in OpenSim plotting?
Thanks

AFAIK the plotter doesn't support computing functions on the data you're plotting. You could redefine the joint in one of the models so they have the same direction. Easiest would be to export the data and plot in Excel, Matlab, Python, etc. (see https://simtk-confluence.stanford.edu:8 ... d+Printing).
