Showing failure in IK

What's the problem here?...why is my IK getting failed?

When i uploaded the dynamic file the time range started from 0 to 361.5 seconds, but when I changed the time frame to 100 seconds, IK performed successfully. So, my doubt is does reducing time frame have any effects on running inverse kinematics?
