Scaling model IMUs

Post by Filippo Motta » Thu Sep 29, 2022 7:34 am

Hi,
I'm working with openSense, I was wondering if there is a way to scale the model without having any markers? Like manual scaling using anthropometric measures.
Thank you

Hello,

The scale tool has options for manual scaling, please consult the documentation page here for more details. You'll need to provide the scale factors for each segment which you'll need to compute offline on your own.

Hope this helps,

How do I calculate the scaling factor for manual scaling? I have marked points. I saw on the official website that a utility can be used to calculate through the joint center, but the official website does not say what is used. I wonder if you could help me to answer it.
