Simulation in OpenSim

Hello, I am trying to run a simulation on OpenSim with data that I have collected. I am able to go through all the steps smoothly with my IMU data(calibration, IK, etc.), but when I run my simulation, it's not accurate at all. I noticed that in my .mot file some of my data jumps around a lot, and I think that's the issue, but I'm not sure how to fix it. Could it be something with the original data I collected?
