Hi everybody!
I'm working on a little project in my 3rd bachelor year in biomedical engineering. We are using OpenPose and Pose2Sim to evaluate movements in OpenSim.
I did the scaling in OpenSim but the inverse kinematic tools cause a problem. I added a screenshot of what happens when using the IK tool.
In the Pose2Sim we had already encountered a little issue with accuary with the function 'triangulate3D' (i attached a screen of this). This may be the problem? But then i don't see how to improve this because when i put the reprojection error lower i get a lot of nan values.
So I hope its dus to another problem.
In my filtered .trc file that i'm using as movement in the IK tools, there are some markers missing. Such as the right ankle and heel. I've tried to turn these off but it's not working either. My scaling model is correct tho because i can run the demo movement on it.
Can someone help? Has anyone had these problems as well?
I'm really out of ideas.
Kind regards,
RLP Janssen

Re: IK tool not working
A little follow up: in the added images you can see the output of the trc file of the movements that i want to simulte with the IK tool. As you can see not al marker trajectories are good. How can i solve this?
