Ankle ligament model existing

I am attempting to quantify ankle ligament strain during different movements for one of my experiments. I was wondering if anyone knows of an existing model available to download that I can contrast my results against.

The theoretical description of ligament modeling in this article is very confusing and difficult to understand.
