Change point name and value in Analyse XML setup file programmatically

Hello,

I would like to modify the analyse setup file (for point kinematics) from matlab programmatically. Especially, the point value, model name and marker name. But there are no inbuilt functions which are available in InversekinematicsTool. How to proceed?
