how to use use prescribed force command in opensim creator

hi all,
currently i am working on a arm26.osim model and i have added a sphere of mass 5kg placed on the hand using a free joint. but i don't know how to add force due to gravity into the model?
1. How to use the prescribed force command for adding the force and please explain in detail?
