I am a Biomechanical engineering student interested in studying lifting mechanics. I am planning to run simulations using the OpenSim lifting body model to explore various aspects of two-handed lifting biomechanics.
To enhance my research, I am looking for open-access motion analysis data specifically related to lifting tasks. Does anyone know if such datasets are publicly available? If so, I would appreciate any pointers on where they can be accessed or how I can obtain them.
Your help would be invaluable to my project, and I am grateful for any suggestions or resources you can share.
Thank You
Vishnu Kiran

Re: Request for Open Access Lifting Biomechanics Motion Data
Some data can be found here: https://orthoload.com/. Data from this repository were used in the "Enhancing Accuracy and Reliability of Spinal Load Estimation in Lifting/Lowering" project (https://simtk.org/projects/handloadinterac), which may also contain some helpful models/data.
