Another issue,
Now I have the needed models downloaded but everytime I open a model it says permission denied.
How do I fix this??

Hello,
When you install the software on Mac you have the option to install for just you or for all users, based on that you may or may not have permissions to the resources folder and/or the folder where the software was installed. The latter would be a problem since the application writes some intermediate files for logging and visualization purposes. If you install for all users you may have more flexibility but that's specific to your computer/network/configuration as well as osx version since some of these permissions may change between versions.
