Error in RRA/CMC

Post by Paulo Melo » Wed Jun 22, 2011 2:22 pm

Hi!

I'm trying to estimate muscle activations from my experiments and in the RRA part I keep getting this error:

Exception:
ArrayPtrs.get: Array index out of bounds.

Does anyone know what this means?

About my model/experiment:
I acquired the variation of the ankle angle for several types of motion, but with the subject's leg hanging above the ground (so there were no external forces, besides gravity). I am working with sets of data 60 seconds long at 120 Hz.
I adapted the Gait2354_Simbody model just to account with the right leg. I only modeled the dorsiflexors/inverters and plantarflexors, so I needed to account with femur, tibia and foot bones. The Inverse dynamics part works without any errors, and the moments I get are about right (I zeroed the files with the GRFs). But when I try to do the RRA, I get the error mentioned above. I adapted all the xml files (RRA_Tasks, RRA_Actuators and RRA_ControlConstraints) to account only for what's available in my model.

I would greatly appreciate any help!

Thank you,
Paulo Melo
