Inverse Dynamics

Post by joana baptista » Wed Aug 03, 2011 3:56 am

Hi

I'm trying to run Inverse Dynamics on a simple .osim file I've created (a sphere falling to the ground and interacting with him through the elastic foundation model. When I try to run the inverse dynamic tool, I load the .mot file but an error apears saying:
Exception:
Error loading mesh file: sphere.obj. The file should exist in same folder with model.
Loading is aborted.
However the .obj file is there, so I don't understand why this happen. Can anyone help me on this?

Joana

Hi Joana,

If all model files, and setup files live in the same folder do you still see the error message? If so please a bug report and we'll troubleshoot. Also, how's the obj file specified for contact (absolute vs. relative path), and any reason why you're using a sphere object instead of an analytical ContactSphere?

Best regards,
-Ayman
