Type of coordinates

Post by Marta Meneses » Wed Sep 07, 2011 2:31 pm

Hi everyone!

Can someone tell me what type of coordinates does the OpenSim uses?!I'm writing my thesis and would really appreciate if someone could tell me this!I was reading the theory manual from SimBody but couldn't figure it out!

Thanks,

Marta

OpenSim uses internal (generalized) coordinates.

Thanks!

Just one more question...the Kinematics analysis returns the angular velocities and angular accelerations, with respect to coordinates, right?
