Hi all,
Running and exporting OpenSim studies (IK, ID, etc.) from MATLAB is pretty well documented here. However, I have not been able to find a way to have MATLAB run and export those "built-in curves" (moment-arm, muscle-tendon length, etc.) from OpenSim. Is there a way to do so? I have tried search the User Guide and this site with no luck.
Appreciate your time!
Sincerely,
Leng-Feng

Re: Accessing "built-in curves" from MATLAB
Hi Leng-Feng,
For the curves you refer to, in the plotter, these are not built-in but are computed by running the AnalyzeTool with a MuscleAnalysis. You should be able to run the "analyze" executable from MATLAB and then load the resulting files.
Hope this helps and please let me know if you have any questions,
