No access to developer's guide...

It seems that page for developer's guide is not accessible here, Japan.

The latest incarnation of the Developer's Guide is in the form of a Wiki accessible from the new support site at
http://simtk-confluence.stanford.edu:80 ... er's+Guide

Please let us know if you run into problems accessing it from there.
