Induced Acceleration not working

Hi,
I am trying to run Induced Acceleration Analysis for normal walking, but have not had success.
The error message in GUI: "Constraint right_foot_contact does not have an identifiable body index" (The screenshot of my setting is attached).
The error message in CMD: "Exception in analyze: Body Unassigned referenced in pathgeometrypath not found in model subject01"
Did anyone successfully run IAA using OpenSim 4.0?
Thank you.

Ko, can you attach a zip with all relevant files to reproduce the issue?

Hi, Ko-

Thanks for the files, they were really helpful. It seems when the report_constraint_reactions tag is set to true, then the error occurs. This seems to be a bug in the software itself-- it is adding a frame but not correctly connecting it to the model. The bug has been reported and should be fixed in the next next minor release. In the mean time, you could use OpenSim 3.3 to do IAA since the problem doesn't exist there (to my knowledge).

Thanks,
-J

Hi James,

I had exactly the same problem. Then I ran IAA with the report_constraint_reactions tag set to false and I got this message:

...
External force expressedInBody ground not found.

Exception:
ArrayPtrs.get: Array index out of bounds.

Do you or anyone know what may be happening?

Thank you.
