Using Normalized Fiber Velocities as input

Post by Eduardo Sáenz Aldea » Tue Apr 23, 2019 4:02 am

Hello all,

I'm trying to develop a velocity dependent model for spasticity in OpenSim using Matlab's API. I already have prepared the data from some experimental markers and run inverse kinematics and muscle analysis in order to get the actual fiber velocity. I've created a function that modifies some of the muscle velocities that are involved in the movement, and now I need to work with these values in order to close the loop and make an interpolation to fit the actual spastic symptoms.

I was wondering if there is any tool in Opensim that can obtain a MOT file or STO file from these velocity values, and how it should be done.

Thank you in advance for your help!
