How to add skin body to the model.

I want to provide exosuit to the model for that I need to add skin body to the model as given below.How I can provide skin body to the model.

There is no 'skin' concept in OpenSim. You can add Geometry to a model, like the standard gait models have bone geometry specified. You can specify your own Geometry by opening the osim file in a text editor and changing the geometry file specified in the model.
