how the RRATool used in Matlab

Hello everyone,

I want to calculate RRA in Matlab and I have made the right setting files which is needed for RRA. But I have the problem when the RRA want to use the IPOPT optimizer algorithm, the MATLAB happens a question as following.

Have you processed the RRA in MATLAB successfully?( My version of Matlab is 2018b).If so, could you please tell me how to set matlab to use RRATool?
