wrapping problem

I am trying to provide wrapping to the actuator of gait10dof18musc.model.But it is not activated.
Please help how to do wrapping?

I want to provide path actuator on the human body, not on the muscle. Because if I have provided actuator on the muscle then when I provide actuator practically then I need to do the operation of the patient. So I don't want to do the operation of the patient so I want to provide path actuator on the leg body only not on the muscles & I want to calculate Metabolic rate also.
How I provide path actuator on the human body & How I do wrapping.
