Missing Geometry files

Post by Mritula Chandrasekaran » Sat Nov 09, 2019 9:39 am

Hi,
I am trying to scale from command line. I have included Opensim4.0\bin and Opensim4.0\Geometry to the env variable's path. Still i get the error while doing "opensim-cmd run-tool Scale_Setup.xml". The errors are
Couldn't find file 'sacrum.vtp'.
Couldn't find file 'pelvis.vtp'.
Couldn't find file 'l_bofoot.vtp'., etc.

Can you kindly let me know.

Thanks,
Mritula

It could be that those .vtp files are not in the Geometry folder. Have you checked they exist?

I had the same or similar problem when I used a model from OpenSim 3.3 in OpenSim 4.0. For some bones the link to the correct vtp files was missing. I copy and pasted the geometry folder from OpenSim 3.3 to the folder in which my model was saved and it worked fine afterwards.

Hi,
Thanks for your replies, I added the Geometry folder path to Matlab path and it works fine. But from Command prompt is still not working. I tried adding it to the environment variables, still no use.

Thanks
