Release DOF in arm26

Dear all, can someone teach me about how to release the dof of joint at shoulder in order to set shoulder free to move randomly without socket to ground. should I change anything in setup file of the model or I can do it in the GUI ?

You can change the joint type to CustomJoint with 6 degrees of freedom like pelvis which is a floating base body.
