Failure to load models

Having an issue with attempting to load models. New to this program. When OpenSim is first launching I get the following error message:

Error: Failed to load OpenSim libraries
Failed to load one or more dynamic libraries for OpenSim. java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: no osimJavaJNI in java.library.path Make sure OpenSim's bin directory is on your PATH.

Not sure if it is related, but after OpenSim does open, I am unable to access the File menu or open a model by dragging the osim file onto the tool bar as the tutorial suggests.
