how to measure the bushing force

You can run an analysis that includes a force reporter. The force reporter can output the bushing forces.

Thanks for your reply. I can't find the force reporter. Is that in Opensim GUI or it's just a .xml file that I need to code with Notepad++.

You can add a force analysis in the Analyses Pane
