Optimal Force Issue

I have provided path actuator to the gait 2354 model & I have done optimal force optimization from (5N to 500)
But at 500 N simulation didn't run so I got less metabolic rate result at 100 N. But I have a doubt about the optimal force . Can normal person sustain up to 100 N force with 43% actuation control.
I provided 100 N optimal force to the model and model walks normally. But can normal person and stoke patients sustain this much amount of force.
How I confirm about optimal force ?
