insertion of new bodies and forces in opensim

Post by Kathan Sonar » Fri Feb 28, 2020 9:40 am

Hello,
I am trying to use OpenSim to simulate the effects of exoskeleton I just created on human body and find date to finetune my exoskeleton's design. The tutorials provided in this software (for e.g., the first tutorial in intermediate level) shows how to simulate the newly added AFO and see how it affects biomechanics but it doesn't show how to add the AFO to the structure. Itd be great if there is some way to add cad models or stl. files in the structure and specify forces. Hoping to find some help for the same.
thank you,
Kathan Sonar

Hi Kathan,

Have you solved the problem? I run into the same question as you had.

Thank you!
Caesar
