Wrist model_CMC simulation

Hi Everyone
I have downloaded the Delp model of Wrist and have been trying to calculate the muscle forces using CMC in Wrist Model.

I have given mass and inertial properties from benjamin's research paper (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5597339/). In model I am giving motion three joint of index finger which becomes my desired kinematics file. For, Tracking Task i am tracking those three joints which i have given motion and i have provided reserve actuator on those joints which are in movement.
When I am performing CMC, I am getting some absurd movement in my visualiser window (it is not moving in the desired kinematic motion) and finally it fails with error message unable to find the feasible solution, model can't generate the forces necessary to achieve target acceleration.

Apart from this I am getting warning message- Small force range for muscle(0 to 0).

Can someone explain the these warning messages and error message, reason for not following my given desired kinematics and how can i correct it ?
