I took a quick look at the documentation.
Where can I have access to the (C++) source codes of IK, ID, static optimization,..., And (the C++ codes that generate) osim models (e.g Gait 2354 or 2392) ?
I appreciate the links.

The source code for releases starting at version 4.0 is available here
https://github.com/opensim-org/opensim-core/releases
Bleeding edge, development code is at https://github.com/opensim-org/opensim-core

There were source distributions with earlier versions along with build instructions.
