Inverse Kinematics with joint angle instead of marker data

I was wondering if it was possible to perform inverse dynamics with joint angles instead of marker data. We are trying to perform inverse dynamic with an iopen source data collected using the cyberglove, the data is really good however we realize inverse dynamics is often performed with marker data hence wondering if there is a way around it using joing angles.
