FPdata in a mot. file form

Hi
My LAB use the cortex system as well as the FP to capture the experiment data. We have got the trc. file for the position information, but we can only got .force files(other forms can also be turned out including anc,trb) for FPdata. I have tried every toolbox claiming they can change the experiemental FP data into MOT.,but they all failed.
Can anyone give me some advice to work it out ?
