I am having issues viewing the Navigator window. I have created new markers on a model, but now it won't allow me to view the full navigator window, even when I close it out and reopen it. I have attached a picture a what it looks like when the window is open.

If you close the 3D view window first, it should all work as expected. You can use the Navigator window only if it is docked which you can force by clicking the small windows at the title bar of the Navigator panel.
