Opensim Loadup

Hello,
Whenever I attempt to open the Opensim program the screen is blank except for the Opensim toolbar at the top. I try to load any files and it stays blank as well.
- I will try to leave it for an hour and it will not load either.
- I have closed all background programs when running Opensim
- I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times.
- I have tried running as an administrator
This program has worked for me in the past before, so I believe that my laptop is compatible. I have attached a photo of the screen. Please let me know if there is anything I can clarify. Thank you for your time
