Hello friends

In my Human body Opensim, I want to apply forces at the rear and front of the feet as feet ground contact force by the spring-damper model (I don't use hunt crossly contact).

Now I don't know how to apply the force in Matlab. Do you think I creat the actuator first so that applied it? how do I this?
I know "addForce" is applied force, but how to
