hi ,i have a question.
can i scale a model without experimental data ? or can i modify the data of markers?

Yes, you can specify scale factors manually. Please see the "Using Manual Scale Factors" section on the "How to Use the Scale Tool" documentation page: https://simtk-confluence.stanford.edu/d ... aleFactors.
