RRA Progess

Hi,
I've been trying to run the RRA tool with data acquired in my lab, but I can't seem to get any results from this function. I have read the guide to performing RRA, and the user manual as well, but when I run it, it doesn't get me anywhere!
Upon pressing 'Run', I get the typical 'Executing Computed Muscle Control' in the bottom right corner, but that's all I ever get. The tool stays like this indefinatly. However, I have tried leaving it to run overnight last night, and it did produce a result, but this result consisted of a single frame.
