Loading experimental data

Good day, i using the mokka software to convert QTM experimental data (.c3d) to (.trc) format to support the opensim.However, after done the format converting, the skeleton show upside as the figure which are not same with my experimental data

Hello,
You're off by a transform to have the data match the OpenSim standard coordinate system assumptions (Y up). You can transform the data inside OpenSim to continue as described here:
