Treadmill speed used for normal mot. of Model 2392

Does anyone know what treadmill speed was used when recording the normal motion for the 2392 Model? I'm assuming that the motion was created by having the participants walk on a treadmill with motion capture markers, but I can't find any information on this in any of the publications about this model.
