Muscle simulation results

Post by Pamodya Peiris » Thu May 27, 2021 9:51 pm

Hello,
I'm new to OpenSim and have trouble navigating all the resources. I'm using the ARM26 model with some experimental data and trying to figure out a way to integrate them to the model to get muscle simulation results (joinset, forcset results from states). I created a .mot file and got the simulation similar to the experimental data, but by doing that, I am unable to get the muscle data. If anyone knows how to solve this issue, please let me know. Your help is much appreciated.

Please see the "Overview of OpenSim Workflows" page in the User's Guide: https://simtk-confluence.stanford.edu/d ... +Workflows. The Static Optimization and CMC Tools are two ways of estimating muscle forces.
