Plotting the Gluteaus muscles after weakening them

Hello,
I have a problem with finding out how to "weigh" the different muscle parts when trying to plot them.
For Example I want to find out how the weakening of the Glut Med effects the Glut Min. I want to look at the whole muscle so I have to add up the parts 1,2 and 3. But I cannot just add them, I have to weigh them in some way with the moment of the hip adduktion.
I am just having troubles finding a code that gives me these results.
I just started using OpenSim and Matlab, so i dont have a lot of experience.
It would be very nice if somebody could help me.
