How to create a symmetrical musculoskeletal model

Hello,

I want to create a symmetrical musculoskeletal model based on information of one side of the body (e.g., create right and left arm model based on the Arm26 right arm model).
However, I have not been able to find an efficient way to do such a copying task.
Are there any tools, functions, etc. that would help me in this process?
