Cost function plug-ins

Hi all,
I was wondering if any of you had used the plug-in feature to implement new cost functions and would be willing to share your examples? I am looking to implement a maxi-mini cost function which minimizes fatigue by maximizing the endurance time of the muscles (Dul et al 1984). Any c++ code for an example of a new cost function being implemented with a plug-in would be much appreciated!
