Model Loading Speed Discrepency between Opensim3.3 and Opensim 4.1

Hello Developer,
Recently I have found that when loading an identical model (different software version with corresponding codes), Opensim3.3 and Opensim 4.1 showed different speed (using the GUI). Why does this difference exist? And are there any methods to speed up the model loading in the new version?
