Compare results of IK

Hello,
Thank you for your support. I would like to know how to compare the results of IK of two different simulations? How do I interpret which tracker trajectory is worse or better?
My goal is to study soft tissue artefacts and inverse kinematics( global optimisation method) is the current method to reduce soft tissue artefacts. I have .c3d files of a two people of different heights, weights and BMI walking. I would like to compare the output of IK for both ? My assumption is that the IK would perform worse when more soft tissue is involved. How do I go about it?
