Modeling Biodex knee isometric contraction using forward dynamics

Dear all,
I'm trying to simulate knee isometric test by using these torque data from Biodex to rectify muscles isometric force of knee flexion in OpenSim Forward Dynamic,and then i use Muscle Analysis to accquire muscle force.But i find these values are small.I wanna know if the way is true or false or i ingore some setup.
