How to abtain bone mass, center of mass, and inertia values

Post by Houcheng Li » Wed Nov 03, 2021 11:47 pm

Hi, recently, I am working on establishing a hand grasping simulation in OpenSim based on an OpenSim Upper-Extremity Model (which is available in URL. https://simtk.org/projects/hand_muscle/). However, this available model lacks definitions of bone mass, center of mass, and inertia, and the dynamics simulation cannot be performed. Not only this model, but other hand models don't have complete bone information. Could you please tell me how to abtain these values of bone or provide me with the original OpenSim source documents inculding these values?
